Windey’s Chairman Gao Ling and Her Delegation Visited Liang Huiling, Governor of Heilongjiang Province
On May 23, Windey’s Chairman Gao Ling met with Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor, in Harbin. New energy is the foundation and important carrier for the revitalization and development of Longjiang. Longjiang will focus on building the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar New Energy Industry Belt and the new energy industry cluster in the eastern region, concentrate on building five million kilowatt-level new energy bases, accelerate the construction of a new power system, and create a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new-energy system.
